Maternal Mental Health Resources

Im located in California so many of the resources I have looked up have been in relation to the state I am in. As someone who struggled with lifelong anxiety disorder and struggling with intense anxiety during my pregnancy I spent time trying to find resources for my own care. To be honest at one point in my pregnancy my anxiety was so bad that I had my husband take me to a crisis center to be assessed and signed up for an Intensive Outpatient Therapy program. This led me to realize how hard it is to find a simplified list of care.
